With a long history of international influence intertwined with an equally
enduring passion for food, San Francisco offers a diverse range of
cuisines from around the world. Throw in Northern California's rich
agricultural resourcces, local wineries, and sophiticated chef, and
your table is set for exploration of refined ethnic cuisines.
Master chef and owner Ranjan Dey of New Delhi Restaurant
has conspired with many of these legendary local chef to create his
signature CaliFusion Dinners. CaliFusion Dinners area tasteful marriage
of Californian and Indian Cuisine served with wine from local vineyards.
Master chef Ranjan takes advantage of the region's bounty
to give earthy flavor to some of the more traditional Indian styles
including tandoori specialties at New Delhi Rtaurant.
