New Delhi Restaurant will be participating with a specially-created dish: Pine Cone Cabbage.
This brand new item features ingredients from around the region and includes pine nuts and healing spices – to both heal the people and remind us that from fire great things can grow. All proceeds from the sale of Pine Cone Cabbage will be donated to the cause.
